As part of its development within and outside France, the SERAP Group is constantly recruiting new employees. The launch of Opticool will require the teams to be further boosted in both the production sphere and support functions.
With the launch of Opticool, the SERAP Group is continuing its development and will be hiring new employees with a variety of skills in both support and production positions.
This development, which is taking place within and outside France alike, involves recruiting in the industrial, administrative, technical and commercial departments, which will go hand in hand with the deployment of this new product.
In the production field, the SERAP Group is looking for skilled trades, particularly in boiler making, such as TIG welders, but also operators for digitally controlled machines, refrigeration technicians, electricians and copper solderers. These trades are the basis of the company’s expertise in stainless steel boiler making.
The SERAP Group designs, manufactures and markets high quality technical equipment for cooling milk on the farm, and also for use in the most prestigious wine châteaux and the agrifood, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
To further its development, the SERAP Group is also ready to train motivated people with a real aptitude for manual work, who take pleasure in a job well done. This is a tradition in this family business, which will soon celebrate its 60th anniversary. With 530 employees worldwide, including 250 in France, and a leading position as regards performance and quality in its fields of excellence, the SERAP Group knows how important employees are to its success. It has established a sense of well-being at work and a true corporate culture, symbolised by the 90% of French employees who are shareholders on a voluntary basis.
